Who should attend SNUG?
Anyone who uses the Noble solution for managing programs and center activities – Presidents & CEOS, Operations Managers, Team Supervisors, IT Specialists, Sales Managers, Trainers, and more. SNUG represents more than 20 different industries, including Cable, Collections, Financial Services, Fundraising, Healthcare, Market Research, Newspapers & Publishing, Service Bureaus & Telemarketing, Resorts, and more.
How do I register for the conference?
Registration is easy! Simply complete our online Conference Registration Form. The deadline for conference registrations is Friday, April 25.
How much does it cost?
The Registration Fee is $895 per person. An Early Adopter Rate of $595 is available for registrations received by March 28. A Companion Rate of $495 is available for companies who register from 1 - 3 additional people. Additional attendees beyond 4 per company are billed at the full conference fee. .
What is included in the Registration Fee?
Your
registration fee gives you access to all User Conference sessions, including the Keynote Address, Featured Speakers, and four educational break-out tracks, as well as the Office Tour and our Pre- and Post-Conference Certification Workshops. The fee also includes the Welcome Reception on Monday evening, Breakfast and Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, and our Gala Dinner on Tuesday night. In addition, attendees can take advantage of our On-site Help Desk, Vendor Showcase, and Wireless internet access. All Attendees will receive a conference Welcome Pack and a conference
shirt.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
The Cancellation Policy is:
- 100% refund before April 11, 2008, less a $50 processing fee;
- 50% refund less a $50 processing fee before April 25;
- NO REFUND for cancellations received after April 25 or for conference no-shows.
Substitutions will be accepted in the event that a registrant is unable to attend.

What is the dress code?
The dress code for SNUG, including the Dinner & Entertainment on Tuesday night and all pre-and post-conference activities, is business/business casual.
What are the Pre- and Post-Conference Workshops?
The Pre- and Post-Conference Workshops are lecture-style courses offered by the Noble Training team. The workshops are free for Conference Attendees and will be held at the Westin hotel. For more information on the workshops, please see the Certification Workshops page. Pre-registration is required to attend the sessions, as space is limited. Registrations will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.
You must be pre-registered to attend a workshop. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who is not pre-registered for the workshop. A workshop fee will be billed to anyone attending the workshops but not attending the conference.
Attendees may register for either workshop or for both. To register for the workshops, use the Conference Registration Form. The deadline for Workshop registrations is Friday, April 25. However, space is limited and we reserve the right to close registrations prior to this date if the workshops become full.
What is the Corporate Office Tour?
Noble Systems' Corporate Headquarters is located less than 3 miles from the Westin. The Corporate Office Tour on Monday, May 12 gives you a chance to see inside our operations. You may register for the tour using the Conference Registration Form. The deadline for Tour registrations is Friday, April 25.
