David Yoho is President of Professional Educators Inc, a creative marketing agency that provides systems and structure for education, stimulation, guidance and the bottom-line. He's one of the nation's leading call center and direct marketing authorities. He's opened more than 50 centers and has worked in more than 400.

David was inducted into the Teleservices Industry Hall of Fame in May 2004 along with American Teleservices Association Executive Director Tim Searcy and industry mogul Tom Cardella, CEO of Precision Response Corp. David received the award for a lifetime of accomplishment. His telephone sales career began in 1966 as a summer job. In 1974, David began training salespeople for the same company, a nationwide organization with more than 300 inside reps and 150 outside reps. By the early eighties, David's experience and reputation elevated him to national platforms as the preeminent speaker in telephone sales and management. David has campaigned for more stringent industry ethics, higher quality customer service and better training. He's championed industry self-regulation for two decades, warning of the impending consequences of government intervention.
