Certification Workshops
Noble Systems is offering two FREE Certification Workshops in association with the conference. The Operations and Composer Workshops are being offered on both Monday and Wednesday afternoons. To reserve a space for either session, please choose a day and time when you register for the conference using the Conference Registration Form. You must pre-register for a workshop in order to attend.
The Certification Workshops are open only to clients attending the SNUG 2008 Conference. You must register for the conference in order to reserve a space in the workshops. Space in each workshop is limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Anyone who attends either workshop but does not attend the conference will be billed $1000 per workshop. We reserve the right to deny access to the workshop on the day of the event to anyone who is not pre-registered.
Composer Certification Overview

This course will teach the end user
to create custom applications utilizing Noble Composer for graphical agent desktop design. The user will be able to build campaigns, create screens, and develop custom tables.

This course
will teach the end user to utilize the system to maintain and manipulate the center using Noble Maestro. The user will learn how to manipulate the center using different parameters to increase productivity, run Productivity/Custom Reports and train agents.
